magnet; the sides/bottom are dark brown leather - there are 4 strong
hidden magnets on the top of each side that cinch the sides up -- when
pulled apart you can get full access to the contents of the bag. Bag
has dual rolled handles/straps. The interior is lined in natural ivory
cotton -- interior back wall zipper pocket and 2 front wall slip pockets
as well as a key hasp on a leather lanyard.
